Prepared the following Traffic Impact Analysis for the proposed Pizza Hut restaurant located at 2131 SE 29th Street, Topeka, Kansas 66605 (Site). The Site is 1.08± acres and located on the south side of SE 29th Street, between SE Powell Street and SE Golden Avenue, east of California Avenue. Flynn Restaurant Group, LLC. proposes to develop the existing parcel with a new 1,728 square-foot Pizza Hut carry-out with a pickup window, 20 parking spaces, and associated site improvements.
